Author Guidelines

All contributions should be submitted as RTF attachment, follow APA referencing style and be accompanied by: a statement of authorship; copyright clearance where required; a 200-word abstract and a 100-word biographical note. In terms of word limit: 

    

a) non-thematic and thematic essays should be between 3000 and 5000 words; 

  

b) interviews should be between 2000 and 3000 words;   

  

c) translations should be up to 1500 words regardless of genre; 

     

d) book reviews should be up to 2000 words; 

  

e) captions have no prescribed word limit. 

  

Relevant images are welcomed and should be 300 dpi and copyright-clear.  

  

The first thematic issue is: “Translation and Technology”. Contributions should be submitted by Thursday, May 31, 5pm. Selected contributions will be notified by Saturday, June 30. The final submission date for any revised contribution is Friday, August 31, 5pm. The issue will go live on Friday, September 28, 5pm ahead of International Translation Day.

Caption Contest

Interviews

Book Reviews

All contributions should be submitted as RTF attachment, follow APA referencing style and be accompanied by: a statement of authorship; copyright clearance where required; a 200-word abstract and a 100-word biographical note. In terms of word limit book reviews should be up to 2000 words.

Translations
