Special edition on due diligence and future changes in the Journal
Special edition
Apologies for the short notice but we plan to publish a special edition of the NZ Journal of Health and Safety Practice in early September 2026 on the subject of due diligence duties of officers under the New Zealand Health and Safety at Work Act or the Australian equivalent legislation. Submissions between 1,250 to 6,000 words will be welcome.
Submissions will not incur an article processing charge.
Future changes
From 1 January each submission will be subject to (1) an initial editorial review followed by (2) an anonymous peer review by an academic (to ensure academic integrity) and a senior practitioner from the relevant discipline (to ensure relevance to that discipline).
If you are willing to be either an academic or practitioner reviewer please log on to the website and update your preferences. We suggest you use a personal email address for the Journal to avoid losing contact if you change jobs.
