Accident Compensation - A Union Standpoint

This article examines some of the issues raised during the controversial Government-initiated review of the accident compensation scheme which extended over more than 3 years. It concludes that the review failed to redress the scheme's main shortcomings and that an independent review should be conducted by somebody with concern for the interests of the injured.Downloads
