The major problem I have been faced with when preparing this paper is how to analyse and communicate in a short space the numerous changes that have been taking place in our industrial relations system. The answer of course is that I cannot. What I have therefore decided to do is concentrate my paper upon the major developments that in my view are fundamentally changing the practice of industrial relations in New Zealandland. For, I do believe that some fundamental changes have been taking place and that such a process of change can be charted from 1968, and that we are still in the midst of this period of change.Downloads
