This issue of the Journal contains a symposium looking at number of features of the specialist institutions created by the Employment Contracts Act 1991. The issue contains papers written by both the Chief Judge of the Employment Court and the Chief of the Employment Tribunal. These papers provide a perspective from two persons at the centre of the day to day operations of the two institutions. There are also three papers by other commentators who examine a number of different aspects of the institutions, but particularly of the Employment Court.Downloads
