Author Biography

Lachy Paterson

Lachy Paterson joined Te Tumu: School of Māori, Pacific and Indigenous Studies in 2007 as a lecturer, after several years in Massey University’s History Programme. His current research lies in the field of nineteenth and early twentieth-century Māori history, in particular Māori-language print- culture, and Māori interactions with the Presbyterian Church.
