Author Biography

Deborah Jones

Deborah Jones is Research Fellow in Management at Victoria University. She examined difference and equality in the New Zealand Public Service while lecturing in Management Communication at the University of Waikato and then while resident at the Stout Research Centre, where this seminar was given in October 1995.
