Mark Derby

Mark Derby is a Wellington writer and historian, and the former South Pacific correspondent for Jornal Expresso, Portugal’s leading newspaper. His books include Kiwi Compañeros – New Zealand and the Spanish Civil War (Canterbury University Press 2009). A Spanish-language edition of this work appeared in 2010, in association with the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
