Announcements

We are pleased to announce that after a year of publication break, Commoning Ethnography is open for submissions for Issue 6, to be published in December 2025. We welcome reflective, engaged, and impassioned writing that challenges norms of ethnographic writing and explores the boundaries of ethnographic knowledge. We also welcome ethnographic and theoretical accounts of the commoning projects that exist within contemporary life, be they within academia, social movements, political spaces, emergent economies, environmental debates, creative practices or intimate and quotidian arenas of social life.

Deadline for Open Submissions is 1 May 2025.

To submit, please email your contribution as a Word document (with an abstract in the first page) to editors for this issue, Paola Tiné (paola.tine@vuw.ac.nz) and Amir Sayadabdi (amir.sayadabdi@vuw.ac.nz).
