This paper summarises the findings of a small survey of young workers carried out by the Ministry of Youth Affairs. The findings provide an interesting 'snapshot' of the experiences of a cross-section of young people working in the new industrial relations environment. The survey is exploratory in nature and is not statistically representative.Downloads
