Abstract

Kia ora, I am Alison Day and I have taken over the position of Reviews Editor from Ashwinee Pendharkar. I am a PhD candidate in Information Systems at Victoria University of Wellington and I am also an ARANZ Executive Council member.
This edition of Archifacts contains a book review and a review of the Recollect platform. This aligns with the expanded scope of the review section, encompassing not only books but also podcasts, open-access journals, blogs, and software, in fact, anything related to records and/or archives that would be of interest to our readers. I want to increase the number of reviews in 2026 and would welcome expressions of interest from reviewers as well as any review suggestions you wish to contribute. Only 300 words required for a review!
Please email Alison at reviews@aranz.org.nz for further information.
