Abstract

This article describes a collection of 237 cave maps donated to the Alexander Turnbull Library by the New Zealand Speleological Society. Discussins include the accession process and description (cataloging and classification). Comments are made on the features of these maps, including creative naming for geological features. Details on how to access the maps on the Alexander Turnbull Library collection management system (Tiaki) are provided.
